“Care Home Volunteers is a fantastic organisation and I can see the benefits of it every time I visit the care home” – Chippenham Volunteer
Care Home Volunteers are looking for caring and friendly volunteers to join our team supporting older people in local care homes.
We would love to hear from people who might be interested in a new exciting volunteering opportunity. No previous experience is required – training and ongoing support will be provided on a regular basis.
Why not come along to one of our Volunteer Drop In Information Sessions to find out more!
If you are interested in finding out more but are unable to attend one of the drop in sessions complete the form below on the contact us page and our Volunteer Coordinator will get back to you as soon as possible
Care Home Volunteers will be attending this years Devizes Community Area Health & Well Being Day.
Devizes Rotary, working in partnership with the Devizes Community Area (DCA) Health and Well Being (HWB) Group, is hosting the second DCA HWB Day from 11am – 3pm on Saturday 15th June 2019 on the Small Green in Devizes.
Once again the aim of the day is to provide visitors with information about the health and well being activities and services that are available to them in the area, and to enable all the charities, clubs and other community groups that provide those services the chance to promote, and demonstrate what they do.
Last year they had a fantastic day with many hundreds of visitors coming to see what activities and services were on offer from over 50 organisations, so why not make a note of the time and date and come along to see for yourself what’s available to you and your families.
